 
Personal Assistant
SF Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to join our client's team in Birmingham City Centre on a temporary ongoing contract. 
 
Birmingham City Centre 
£15.38ph (£30,000 per annum pro-rata) 
Part-time: 24 hours per week, 5 days 
Immediate start available 
 
This part-time role will involve providing general PA support to senior management, you will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day operations, providing 1-to-1 support and ensuring smooth & efficient workflow. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Provide general administrative and PA support to senior management 
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings 
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries 
Prepare and organise documents for meetings 
Minute taking 
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) 
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects 
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times 
 
Skills and Experience Required: 
Previous experience in a PA role is essential 
Strong organisational and multitasking skills 
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
