APPG for Flexible & Family Friendly Work

In February 2024, SF Recruitment joined an All-Party Parliamentary Group for Flexible and Family Friendly Working.  The APPG provides space for policymakers and stakeholders to debate key issues with the aim of advancing positive policy change that will make flexibility commonplace across all industries. It enables collaboration to develop practical solutions, promote flexible working as a viable solution, and to strengthen the case to put forward to Central Government to make sure flexible working, works for everyone. The group secretariat is Working Families and is co-chaired by Tulip Siddiq, Labour MP for Hampstead and Kilburn and Shadow Treasury Minister, and the Rt Hon Dame Maria Miller, Conservative MP for Basingstoke. We are joined by Zurich Insurance, Save the Children, TLT LLP and Wates.
