We engaged with SF Recruitment to support us in setting up our first centralised accounting function in the UK.  We were looking to fill 10 new roles and all of the roles had the added complication of needing various European language skills.

The team met us in person to get a really good understanding of the type of experience and skills that we needed, and also to get an understanding of the culture of our business and the type of personalities that would work well within the existing structure. 

The candidates that were put forward for interview were of a high standard, but more importantly they were all also a good fit for the team and I believe that the time that they invested up front really helped in that process. Over the course of a few weeks, and with great two-way communication, we were able to fill all roles and obtained the diverse range of experience and languages that we needed.
