The Professional Services division at SF Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a well-established business in the commercial vehicle sector, based in South Leicester.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR team on a fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in supporting core HR and administrative processes, with a particular focus on payroll and onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function
- Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely input
- Manage references, contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct right to work (RTW) checks and ensure compliance
- Maintain and update HR records and reporting systems
- Support retention initiatives and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist in compiling HR reports and metrics
- Experience using Cascade HR software is a bonus
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR support/admin role
- Solid understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Confidence handling sensitive employee data with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
- Familiarity with Cascade or similar HR systems is desirable
