Managing Director

Rebecca is Managing Director for our East Midlands region, overseeing the Leicester and Nottingham operations. She joined SF Recruitment eleven years ago and became a shareholder in 2021. With over 25 years in recruitment, she brings a wealth of experience in building and managing high performing teams, increasing market share and maximising opportunities for new sectors as well as geographical expansion. Rebecca opened the Leicester operation in 2014 which became profitable within its first year. She is also responsible for launching SF's Engineering division, operating on a national basis. Outside of recruitment Rebecca enjoys running, and proudly completed the 2023 London Marathon. She's had a life-long passion for dance and theatre started which when she was just 5 years old.
