SF Recruitment are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our client in Birmingham for a temporary role until July 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28,000 per annum (£14.36ph)

Contract: Temporary, until July 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the client, including managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Organise and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to the client's changing needs and priorities.
