
Part Time Customer Service Administrator
SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Tamworth who are looking for a part time Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
Salary: £18,880 based on part time hours
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 09.00-17.30 with half hour unpaid lunch each day
Responsibilities will include:
- Resolution of inbound and outbound enquiries within agreed timescales to customers satisfaction
- Efficient order processing within agreed timescales to be delivered to customer in line with their requirement and our internal process
- Identification of areas for improvement within operational processes
- Supporting dealer network in system use/ training
- Inbound & outbound handling call enquiries
- Order processing
- Support Customer Service Manager
- Process maintenance
- Coordination and delivery of internal and external system training
- Cross departmental support
- Pro-active internal reporting
- Internal daily administration - internal and external
Additional Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountability - Coordinated IM administration process
- Tangible experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 4 GCSE's or equivalent to include English and Mathematic.
- Customer Handling Skills with a commitment to clear effective verbal and written communication to the highest quality.
- Daily interface with internal factors for resolution of customer complaints and issues with ability to use own initiative to obtain necessary information.
- Uses appropriate knowledge for resolution problem solving.
- Accountability to resolve and conclude all enquiry types.
