SF Recruitment are currently seeking an Administrator to join a busy HR department for a client based in Loughborough. This is a fantastic 6-week temporary opportunity, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys supporting with a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and electronic files

  • Input data into internal systems

  • Support right-to-work checks and compliance processes

  • Assist with onboarding and contract administration

  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries promptly

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills

  • Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

  • Previous experience within administration (HR experience a bonus)

  • Interest in compliance would be advantageous
