Our client, a leader in precision engineering, is looking for a Technical Manager / Design Manager to head up their design team and oversee the development of high-performance injection mould tools and equipment.

Technical Manager - The Role
- Manage the design, testing, and development of injection mould tools and associated fixtures
- Lead a small team, set daily priorities, and ensure delivery against project deadlines
- Oversee CAD design (Creo/Visi), tooling components, and document control
- Support sales and liaise directly with customers on technical projects and site visits
- Use mould flow simulation to optimise designs and reduce trial times

Technical Manager - What You'll Need
- Experience within a similar management role
- Proven background in injection moulding tooling design
- Experience with 2D & 3D CAD (preferably Creo or Visi)
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills

Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 8am - 430pm, Friday 8am - 130pm
