Property Manager

Role: Property Manager
Salary: 32k
Location: Old Trafford

My client, a Property Services company is looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team. This is a pivotal role in which you will be supporting the client's portfolio, through 24/7 5-star service.
You will mainly be responsible for taking calls from tenants, noting down any maintenance issues and then booking in the relevant engineer.

Please note that you will be required to be 'on-call' for this role, in order to provide round the clock support.

The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within the property sector
- Be willing to go the extra mile in order to provide 5 star service
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be IT literate and familiar with MS packages
- Be a natural people person, who enjoys solving problems.
