The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Team Manager, to join a well-established business that is market leading supplier within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and supportive team at their facility in Swadlincote.

Responsibilities

- Overall management of the projects team.
- Promote a customer focused ethos within the team.
- Ensuring all live projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully.
- Hold regular progress meetings with the team and offer support as and when required.
- Monitor teams' client meetings to ensure regular communication channels are open.
- Liaise with other technical teams (Design / Estimating / Structural) to take overall control of the projects progress.
- Carry out regular customer meetings to ensure customer support levels are being met.
- Manage customer issues and resolve effectively.
- Check technical drawings & calculations.

The Person

- Strong construction experience, with a proven track record managing multiple projects, ideally within the private sector.
- Technically savvy - the successful candidate will be from a construction project / design manager background.
- Experienced managing a team.
- Commercially aware with strong financial skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence the team culture.
