Are you an experienced Transactional Finance professional available for an immediate interim role? Our client, a growing and fast-paced organisation, is seeking a hands-on Interim Transactional Finance Manager to oversee their Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Banking functions during a period of transition and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing housekeeping and transactional support within NetSuite and Profit Plus.
• Support invoice finance reporting, reconciliations, and drawdowns.
• Assist with reporting requirements including turnover, rebates, buy-ins, and recharges.
• Closing the ledgers at month end & year end – reconciling control accounts
• Provide support for year-end audit activities and ad-hoc audit queries.
• Assist in preparation of reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Deliver day-to-day finance operational activities to ensure business continuity.
• Support weekly payment runs, cash management, credit control and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of accounting records across systems.
• Prepare a comprehensive handover for the incoming permanent role holder.
• Ensure processes, responsibilities, and system knowledge are clearly documented.
