Finance Director
Are you an ambitious finance leader looking for a high-impact role where you can shape the future of a growing organisation? We are partnering exclusively with an established and expanding business seeking a dynamic Finance Director to join its senior leadership team.

This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is excited by the challenge of building a finance function capable of supporting significant growth and transformation.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the centre of strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a high-performing finance function with best-in-class reporting, controls, and financial management.

Taking full ownership of transactional finance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Providing commercial insight to support data-driven decisions across the leadership team.

Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.

Managing relationships with lenders, banks, and investors 

Partnering closely with operations to deliver timely analysis and performance insights.

Driving improvements across systems, processes, and reporting to enhance scalability.

Supporting strategic growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and transformation projects.

Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.

About You

You will be a proactive, commercially minded leader with a passion for building capability and driving positive change. The ideal profile includes:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

Experience as a Finance Director or Group Financial Controller in a service-led environment.

Strong understanding of debt financing and multi-asset funding structures.

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and investors.

An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach suited to a fast-moving organisation.

A track record of improving processes, implementing change, and influencing strategy.

Collaborative leadership style with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
