Finance Assistant

SF Recruitment are exclusively working to support an NHS organisation based in Warwickshire that require a Finance Assistant to join on a permanent basis. These roles will give the candidate exposure to analysis, accounts prep, budgets / forecasts working within a well established organisation with a supportive team. 

 You will be:

- Explaining variances and discussing with senior stakeholders.

- Reviewing and analyzing accounts at quarter and year ends in accordance with accounting standards.

- Investigate and analyse budgets and variances.

- Responding to queries raised.

- Providing support and problem solving to ensure accurate accounting treatment is adhered to.

- Preparing spreadsheet for Finance Managers for budgetary and costing purposes.

- Preparation of full 5 year plans for smaller activities.

- Collating and estimating financial data to provide accurate forecasting.

- Forecasting income of external grants and release of income to expenditure with accordance to accounting standards.

- Preparation of salary forecasts for central administration departments.
