Your Mission:
Lead with Purpose - Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance and payroll team.
Drive Strategy - Shape financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with precision.
Ensure Compliance - Navigate the complexities of education funding, audits, and financial regulations.
Advise & Influence - Be a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, guiding critical decisions.
Innovate & Improve - Challenge the status quo and implement smarter financial solutions.
What You Bring:
✅ Chartered Accountant Status - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent.
✅ Senior-Level Experience - A proven track record in financial leadership, preferably in education or the public sector.
✅ Expert Knowledge - UK Education funding, statutory regulations, and financial best practices.
✅ Strategic Mindset - The ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
✅ People-First Leadership - Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
