He specialises in partnering with Private Equity–backed businesses to provide leadership advisory and executive search services across the C-suite, with a focus on CEO, MD, and NX (Non-Exec & Chair) appointments that drive ambitious growth plans.
His expertise includes leadership evaluation, executive change, deal advisory, and talent optimisation. Toby works closely with investors and leadership teams to build strategies that enhance performance and long-term value.
