With over 19 years of experience in Technology Recruitment and Executive Search, Russell leads SF Technology, the specialist technology division of SF Recruitment, across the North of England.

He has a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, gained through nearly two decades of experience working with a wide range of organisations; from FTSE 100 businesses to disruptive start-ups and high-growth scale-ups. At SF Technology, Russell focuses on executive-level appointments, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and IT Directors, as well as interim and Non-Executive roles that support transformation, innovation, and commercial growth.

Russell is a passionate advocate for progress in the tech industry. He regularly hosts and contributes to events across Manchester and the North West, championing Women in Technology, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and forward-thinking leadership.
