Kathryn joined SF Recruitment in July 2021 and is responsible for managing the weekly payroll for PAYE temporary staff and limited company contractors. She oversees all aspects of payroll administration, including timesheet processing, pension management, and holiday pay. Kathryn also ensures that all temporary workers have the appropriate right-to-work documentation, compliance checks, and contractual terms in place prior to the commencement of their assignments.
