Anyone interested in joining should email talent@sfrecruitment.com in confidence.

The package of new working policies and employee benefits, which were announced over the summer, are both innovative and market leading. They were announced as part of the completion of a radical three year business transformation plan which has seen the management team become owners in the business alongside each employee given a stake in the future profits of the company. In addition, SF is steaming ahead with a new growth strategy to double the size of the business within three years.

CEO, Saira Demmer explains: “We have benchmarked the industry and revitalised our employee offering so we can confidently say that we are market leading in what we offer our team. Our three-year business transformation plan was accelerated by the changing times we live in and has led to us radically transforming the way we do things. We are an entrepreneurial environment, where our teams have autonomy to choose how they work. Those who work for SF are high performing individuals who are experts in their market, so it is only right that they are trusted, looked after and that they share in our success.”

The SF Experience© centres around three key principles; Achieve, Reward and Life. An array of new policies and benefits sit around each pillar to allow employees to work how best suits them while making their most out of life outside of work.

Achieve: Earn and learn on your own terms. Our experienced recruitment team and client strategy provide a powerful springboard to achieve your targets.

Reward: A high-performance culture with market leading rewards, employee ownership scheme and a transparent attitude towards remuneration.

Life: A healthy life isn’t all work work work. We’re passionate that our colleagues are stimulated and challenged at work without compromising a happy home life.

SF has a truly collaborative culture, where market insight, client and candidate leads are shared as second nature. Directors lead by example and have always been active recruiters, which helps to create the entrepreneurial spirit that exists across all three offices. SF recently confirmed a 0% gender pay gap, with 50% of the leadership team being women. With a love for Bamboo and a commitment to care for the environment, SF and its employees have pledged to become single use plastic free; in fact SF have given all employees a paid charitable day of work a year and a second one if that day is related to our environmental cause

Earlier this year, the company invested £250,000 in a triple office relocation to champion flexible working and was ranked in the top 20 best small companies to work for in the UK for a second successive year in the 2021 Best Companies rankings.

SF Recruitment are committed to creating the best possible working environment in the recruitment sector.

It’s a journey that will be inspiring, fun and never dull. This is just a summary of the new offering to future SF employees and there are lots of detail to discuss through with anyone interested. There are multiple recruitment vacancies available across the Midlands and we are keen to speak to experienced recruiters who would like to join the SF team.
