How to Contribute to The Employee Pulse Ideas Initiative

By Fiona Frudd

Last year, our SF Managers across SF held a number of forums to put forward their ideas on how we could develop the business.

This year, it’s the Senior Consultants turn and we will be holding quarterly Employee Pulse meetings to discuss everyone’s ideas and suggestions. Each office has a representative and they should be getting in touch with you before each meeting to gather your thoughts and suggestions.

Your representatives are:

Nottingham – Cirbie Brooks

Leicester – Catherine Forrest

Birmingham – Jade Crooks

Central – Eddie Groves

Please contact your representatives if you have any ideas on:

  • how we can improve our service for clients and candidates

  • save money or be more profitable

  • reduce our plastic use or influence others to

  • create a happier work environment

  • or anything else about how we operate
