SF Recruitment are recruiting for Shoe Operatives to work for our client who uphold the highest standards and levels of craftsmanship and design in the creation of hand-made shoes and boots. The role is based in Northampton and is on a day shift with an early finish on a Friday.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual to join our Closing Room Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Eyeletting
o Working with various different styles, making accurate holes in shoe uppers
o Following ticket instructions to ensure the correct work is created.
o Use various methods and patterns to complete work accurately.

- Department
o Work as part of a team and on an individual basis to ensure targets are met.
o Able to priorities work to meet production needs.
o Flexible to change dependant on department or factory needs.
o Able to communicate to Team Leader any issue impacting your work.
o Highlight any quality issue as they occur.
o Ability to be trained.
