SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our clients sales division in Birmingham.

£27,000 per annum (£13.85ph)
Temp-Perm opportunity

Responsibilities:

Work with the sales team to build and maintain customer relationships and support sales generation.
Identifying leads and passing them onto the sales department
Communicate with clients to gather information, address enquiries
Provide great customer service
Assist in preparing and processing sales quotations, proposals, and orders.
Coordinate with internal and external departments
Maintaining and updating client database
Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery of products.
Manage mailboxes, resolving or redirecting enquiries
Communicating via email, phone
Perform reception duties, welcoming visitors

Requirements:

Experience in an internal sales department is ESSENTIAL
Manufacturing/Engineering background
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and in-house systems.
