I am working with a fantastic and well established organisation who are looking for a People Manager to join their team. This is a stand alone role and will mainly focus on culture. engagement, benefit, reward and all the exciting added value stuff that comes with HR. This will be an operational and hands on role and would be perfect for someone with a holistic approach to HR. My client is looking for someone who is motivated & ambitous and will consider someone more junior looking to step into their next role.
