Part Time Accounts Assistant required for a new ongoing temporary opportunity working for a well established business based in Kidderminster.
This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Day to day running of the Purchase Ledger
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Cash allocations
- Sending out remittances
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Respond to supplier queries and requests for information
- Sales ledger
- Banking
Key Requirements :
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent data entry and organisational skills
Key Information :
- Office based / Part Time
- 3 days per week / Flexible days, Hours
- Temporary ongoing
