SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Nuneaton (CV11) who are looking for a Part Time Office & Finance Administrator
Hours can be flexible to suit (10am - 2pm / 10-3pm etc)
Temp to Perm
£26,000 - £28,000 Pro rata (£13-14.00 per hour)
Job Role:
- Office administration
o Assist with incoming calls and transferring to relevant department/individual
o Stationery
o Refreshments
o Birthday/work anniversary cards & gifts
o Team lunches
o Book training
o Ad hoc admin tasks
- Finance tasks
o Download weekly credit card statements into excel
o Match receipts to credit card statements
o Chase up outstanding receipts
o Type up credit card statements into excel
o Log and send out supplier invoices for approval
