Location: Leicester
Hours: Afternoons, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM (Friday)

Mould Setter - The Role:
As an Injection Mould Setter, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient setup and operation of injection moulding machines during the afternoon shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and adjusting machines according to production schedules and product specifications.
- Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize output and quality.
- Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of product quality.

Mould Setter - Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Injection Mould Setter or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
