SF Executive are partnered with a PE backed professional services organisation who are seeking an M&A Director to join their senior management team. The organisation has quite an impressive growth strategy to which this individual will play a key role.

The M&A Director will be responsible for the following:

- Implementing the group's M&A strategy in alignment with the group's overall business objectives and growth plans
- Identifying potential acquisition targets that align with the group's strategic goals and values, and establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts
- Developing the group's M&A criteria and screen and evaluate targets before progressing to offer stage
- Managing the pipeline of acquisition opportunities using the group's CRM platform
- Leading and manage the due diligence process, including financial, legal and operational assessments of target businesses
- Overseeing all aspects of the M&A transaction process, from initial engagement to closing and post-acquisition integration
- Leading financial modelling and valuation analysis and develop financing proposal
- Developing and manage integration plans to ensure seamless transition and alignment of acquired firms with the group's operations and culture
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of M&A activities
- Preparing investment papers for the board and the investor as required

The successful M&A Director will have significant experience in M&A, corporate finance, corporate acquisitions or private equity, preferably within people-based service businesses. You will have excellent communication skills accompanied with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics.

The ideal candidate will be Midlands based however, due to the flexible nature of role, relevant candidates who reside outside of the Midlands are also encouraged to apply.
