
IT Technician
A growing manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on IT Technician to support its internal IT systems and help drive infrastructure improvements. This is a varied role offering the chance to take ownership of day-to-day support while contributing to future upgrades and a major site consolidation project.
What you'll be doing
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across hardware, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and business applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and devices (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, MFA)
Maintain on-premise infrastructure including servers, networking, backups, and patching
Act as the go-to IT contact for daily issues, escalating only when needed
Support the migration from two Bradford sites to a new consolidated Leeds location
Maintain documentation and help improve internal IT processes and knowledge sharing
What you'll need
Solid experience in a hands-on IT support or technician role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and user/device support
Comfortable managing infrastructure basics: servers, networking, backups, MFA
Confident working independently and supporting non-technical users
Proactive, organised, and eager to support both BAU and project work
Any exposure to manufacturing or site migrations is a bonus
