SF are really excited to be working with a fantastic manufacturing business in Coventry who are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to come and join their team.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a senior HR role who has managed direct reports, has experience in health and safety and has full 360 experience in HR. We are looking for an open door policy kind of HR professional who can add value and support the large fast, fast paced SLT team with all things ER as well as working on continuous improvement projects, policy improvement and implementation as well as your general HR duties.

Duties:
- Managing all aspects of employee relations including but not limited to; pay and benefits, inductions, disciplinarians and health and safety.
- Supervising HR employees as well as supporting the senior management with policies and best practices.
- Manage the full employee life cycle and recruitment process.
- Improve and implement policies and procedures.
- General HR reporting and liaising with stakeholders and the board.

Skills/ Qualifications:
- Ideally you will be CIPD L7/5 qualified or hold demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Have previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, employment law and pay equity.
- Be a hands on HR Manager who isnt shy to roll their sleeves up and get involved.
- A confident and professional HR person with great communication skills.

This role is based over in Coventry and is an office based role with a salary of up to £60K depending on experience with a 10% bonus based off individual and company performance.
You will be building relationships and working closely with the likes of; HR Director, Finance Manager as well as the General Manager. This role will be the ideal next step for someone who is confident in their HR shoes and who is comfortable withe fast pace variety, someone who can take control and run a HR department.
