SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a national property services and renewables provider to recruit a HR Regional Advisor / People Partner for their Heating & Compliance division in the South. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is fast-paced, people-focused, and making a real difference to communities.

Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid, with travel across the South)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + 10% Car Allowance

The Role
Reporting into the Senior People Partner, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the South region. You'll provide hands-on HR support, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, while contributing to broader people initiatives. This is a hybrid and mobile role, working from home up to two days per week, with regular site visits to Portsmouth and across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing advice and coaching on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance).
- Support organisational change including TUPE, restructures, redeployment and redundancy.
- Work closely with managers on recruitment, succession planning and talent development.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of people management.
- Partner with recognised Trade Unions to maintain effective working relationships.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently, identifying and recommending improvements where needed.
- Lead or support people-related projects and initiatives that drive employee engagement and business performance.
- Maintain accuracy of HR and payroll systems in partnership with the People Admin team.

About You
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is essential; Level 7 desirable.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong ER case management background.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment with a high volume of employee queries.
- Able to coach and challenge managers, while keeping advice practical and to the point.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across both management and blue-collar staff.
- Willingness to travel across the South (a valid driving licence is required).
