SF Recruitment are looking for a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team supporting business planning, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and long-term financial modelling within a complex regulated environment.

This role offers excellent exposure to strategic planning, corporate finance, and regulatory revenue processes, making it ideal for an analytically strong finance professional seeking a broad, high-impact FP&A position. The role could suit someone with experience within industry in a regulated environment or someone moving from Audit.

The Role

As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with corporate finance, regulatory, treasury, and commercial teams, you will help develop robust financial models, provide insight into financial performance drivers, and support pricing and revenue planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual planning, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Develop and run financial scenarios within the corporate financial model to support strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Build, maintain, and enhance complex Excel financial models ensuring robustness and accuracy
  • Produce quarterly revenue and performance forecasts, clearly articulating key drivers and variances
  • Support pricing and revenue setting activities through detailed financial analysis and modelling
  • Deliver high-quality management insight to support senior stakeholder decision-making
  • Assist with investor-related financial analysis and support responses to investor information requests
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting, planning, and reporting processes

About You

  • Strong Excel and financial analysis capability
  • Experience supporting planning, forecasting, and performance analysis processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insight
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - Possibly first time mover
  • Experience within or auditing regulated environments
