SF Recruitment is proud to partner with a rapidly growing company in search of a Fleet Administrator for their team. In this role, you will support daily operations, ensuring accurate vehicle record-keeping and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Company Tracker system for up-to-date vehicle information.
- Oversee driver authorisation and licencing procedures.
- Keep accurate vehicle records.
- Prepare monthly fleet reports.
- Support the Fleet Controller with insurance claims.
- Process vehicle fines and driving offences.
- Schedule services, tyre changes, and repairs.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as required.
