An interim opportunity for an experienced Finance Transformation Project Lead to support a business undergoing significant change. The role will take ownership of integrating 10 UK operating units into a single, centralised finance function in Birmingham. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a professional contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance integration of 10 operating units into a centralised function
- Own and tightly manage group cashflow and weekly forecasting
- Consolidate and standardise financial reporting across all sites
- Manage key supplier relationships during the transition
- Lead the implementation of a new finance ERP system
- Analyse large volumes of financial data and provide clear recommendations
- Support the recruitment of the newly established central finance team
- Provide finance support to the business rebrand and wider change programme
Candidate Profile:
- Proven interim experience in finance transformation, integration, or centralisation
- Strong background in multi-site reporting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-led environment
- Able to work on-site in Birmingham five days per week
