£13.50-14.50 per hour depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday
SF Recruitment are supporting a reputable business seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Working as part of the Business Support Team, you’ll help ensure the company continues to meet its legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
This is a varied role that combines compliance coordination, administration, and audit support — perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update internal compliance records across all areas of the business

Support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and evidence are accurate and up to date

Assist with maintaining ISO management systems

Produce compliance reports

Identify potential risks or non-compliance issues

Provide general administrative support and act as a key point of contact for compliance queries
About You:
-
Previous experience in a compliance, quality, or administrative role

Good understanding of ISO management systems or similar frameworks
-
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with strong reporting and IT skills (MS Office)

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
