CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist / CNC Wood Machinist. Our client is a family run manufacturer, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to their clients. They are looking for a CNC machinist / CNC Operator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of boards on to CNC machines.
- Quality Inspection of parts using digital callipers and measuring tools.
- Experience on SCM flat bed machines.
- Experience of loading programs, tooling changes, optimising CNC programs for maximum efficiency.
- Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedule and to work as part of a team.
- Counterbalance forklift experience is preferable (but not necessary).
- Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday full-time days.
