Change Manager
Change Manager - 12 Month FTC (Remote)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 base (DOE)
We're recruiting a Change Manager to support a large-scale applications and systems transformation programme spanning approximately 18 months. This role will play a key part in ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
You'll work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to design and deliver effective change strategies, communications, and engagement plans. The role is fully remote and offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver end-to-end change management plans
Assess change impacts and manage stakeholder engagement
Create communications, training, and adoption strategies
Support leaders and teams through organisational change
Track and report on change readiness and benefits realisation
Key experience:
Proven experience in change management on technology or systems programmes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working within transformation or digital change initiatives
