
2nd Line IT Support (Remote Night Shifts)
Strong 2nd Line IT Support candidates required for a permanent opportunity working remotely on night shifts.
South Bedfordshire | Night Shifts | Remote | Eligible to gain NPPV3 level clearance
We're seeking x3 experienced 2nd Line IT Support's to join a fast-growing technology business. You'll support and optimise complex cloud and on-premise infrastructures, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, networking, and systems troubleshooting.
What you'll do:
- Maintain and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid environments
- Monitor, respond, and resolve incidents across critical systems
- Configure, optimise, and secure servers, VMs, networking & storage
- Automate tasks with scripting (PowerShell)
- Act as an escalation point across Service Desk tiers 1-3 (from basic triage to advanced infrastructure incidents)
- Deliver excellent customer service whilst ensuring SLA targets are met
What we're looking for:
- Azure administration skills (AZ-104/305, MS-700 certifications desirable)
- Exposure to 3rd line infrastructure support
- Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
- Experience with monitoring tools, endpoint management (Intune/Autopilot), ITIL-aligned Service Desk processes
- Problem-solving mindset, strong communication, and ability to mentor junior engineers
