SF Recruitment partnering with Working Families to help businesses Flex for Success
We are big advocates for flexible working. We introduced a fully-flexible work proposition to our business in early 2021 and it has been an incredibly powerful and smart business decision. We are proud of the success it has brought to our people and our business and we share our story in the hope that it inspires others to follow suit.
We’ve recently launched our Flex for Success initiative aimed at helping people who need some flexibility in their career find a flexible solution. As recruitment experts, our focus in this campaign is mainly candidate lead. We knew therefore that we needed to find a partner who could support our clients from a business operations point of view.
And that’s where Working Families come in. Working Families is a leading UK based work-life balance charity. Alongside their work helping people with caring responsibilities access flexible work, they have a strategic business consultancy offering aimed at helping businesses introduce and implement flexible business operations.
We know flexible working makes good economic and business sense, yet many businesses have barriers to implementing the necessary changes. Getting flexible working right is critical, but it isn’t easy, unless you have the right support. Working Families has been at the forefront of developing best practice for flexible and family-friendly working in a post-pandemic world, identifying solutions to the new issues and challenges a workplace may be facing.
Working Families can support business in a multitude of ways; from workshops and group training, through to bespoke consultancy to help businesses take a deep dive into specific business areas to help identify all the possible flexible working options.
