Technical Sales Executive

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for our range of electronic products. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. This is a site based role and only occasional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics sector
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve defined GP targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support product development

- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in the electronics industry
- Strong technical background and understanding of electronic products and systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Competitive salary with an attractive bonus scheme based on achieving defined GP targets. Bonuses can range from 10% to 20% of the basic salary and are paid annually, typically in November.
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme with a 3% company contribution
- 23 days of holiday in the first year, increasing to 24 days in the second year and 25 days in the third year
