Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling, platform-specific content strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and campaign goals.
- Monitor live sporting events and trending topics to create and publish timely, relevant, and engaging content that capitalises on key moments and drives audience interaction.
- Build and nurture a vibrant online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and leveraging user-generated content to boost brand loyalty.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and increase reach and conversion rates.
- Bring fresh, bold ideas to the table. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, marketing, partnerships) to develop innovative campaigns that stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
- Act as a brand ambassador across all social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Be prepared to work outside of standard hours when major sporting events or opportunities arise, ensuring the brand remains agile and responsive in real time.
