Senior Finance Business Partner

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast paced, growing Warwickshire based business who are looking for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner for a six month interim assignment.

Reporting into the Divisional Finance Director, this role will be responsible for:

Providing support and advice to operational and marketing teams
Oversight of budgets and forecasts
Analysis of large sets of data
Management of 1 direct report

To be considered for this role, your communication skills will need to be exemplary and you'll be happy holding your own in challenging conversations between finance and operational colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable getting involved in the detail of month end as well as being involved in value add activities. To be succesful within this role, you must have management experience.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be looking for a move into a fast paced and rewarding environment where you'll be able to really excel.

My client is operating a hybrid model with 3 days a week on-site. There will be occasional travel required to London with this role.
