Recruitment Advisor

Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility with start and finish times) - Hybrid working available
Travel will be expected in this role across Birmingham and East Midlands

- Providing support to the Recruitment Manager with identifying areas of improvement and streamlining processes
- End to end recruitment, including writing adverts, shortlisting, and onboarding
- Working with agencies, negotiating, and developing relationships
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Design and review people policies relevant to recruitment
- Early talent programmes

The successful candidates will
- Previous experience either in an internal or 360 recruitment roles
- Excellent at building relationships
- Experience of early talent programmes and apprenticeships - desirable
