SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Solihull who are looking for a Receptionist for 2 weeks holiday cover
Beautiful offices and reception area
Starting Tuesday 7th May until Friday 17th May
9am to 5.30pm

As a receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for managing our front desk on a day-to-day basis and providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome all visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages as necessary.
Managing Emails: Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner, forwarding important messages to the relevant individuals.
Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as requested by staff members.
Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Handling Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
