Process Engineer

Process Engineer vacancy. Our engineering client are recruiting a Process Engineer to provide engineering support for production processes with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Managing Director, the Process Engineer will advise on production methods to reduce scrap and waste.

Process Engineer main duties include:
- Support manufacturing with programming, tooling orders, and production issues.
- Support quality control with plans, corrective actions, and NCRs.
- Implement CAD CAM in CNC Turning.
- Assist with machine specs, maintenance, and layout.
- Provide practical, hands-on engineering support.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Process Engineer Requirements:
- Engineering related degree or 5 years' experience in metal cutting manufacturing.
- Experience as a process engineer.
- Manufacturing experience, ideally in Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace.
- Proficient in reading manufacturing drawings.
- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning and CAD CAM.
- Familiar with Kaizen, 5S, Lean practices, and ISO 9001.
- Understanding of statistical methods.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, full-time days.
