SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a Coventry based International software business in the recruitment of an Operational Business Partner.
This is a brand new role due to growth within the business who are currently on a high growth trajectory.

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
£45,000-£55,000
We are seeking a part qualified or qualified accountant with proven experience within financial planning and analysis.
Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and data visualization tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems is advantageous.


Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

The key duties will include:
- Conduct comprehensive operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across various departments and functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency initiatives.
- Analyse business operations, processes, and costs to provide recommendations for optimizing resource allocation and enhancing profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial performance to the leadership team.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management, highlighting performance, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement cost control measures and track their effectiveness over time.
