SF Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients team in Birmingham.

Salary: £25-26,000 per annum
Permanent Contract


Responsibilities:

  • First port of call for office line
  • Supporting drivers - PPE, travel arrangements etc.
  • Health & Safety - collate site boxes for new project sites
  • Operations & Maintenance (O & M) manual
  • Chasing sub-contractors accreditations - including keep database up-to-date
  • Maintain PAYE/Regular subcontractors accreditation database
  • Booking courses for operatives
  • Updating vehicle spreadsheet - Arrange MOT's & Services
  • Requesting Insurance renewal documents from Subcontractors
  • Maintaining basic office Outlook calendar
  • Checking DVLA licenses
  • Arrange PAT testing once a year
  • Record Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) going out to sites & to individuals
  • Reading meters to check bills & renewals
  • PA duties
