SF Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients team in Birmingham.
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Temporary - Permanent Contract
Responsibilities:
- First port of call for office line
- Supporting drivers - PPE, travel arrangements etc.
- Health & Safety - collate site boxes for new project sites
- Operations & Maintenance (O & M) manual
- Chasing sub-contractors accreditations - including keep database up-to-date
- Maintain PAYE/Regular subcontractors accreditation database
- Booking courses for operatives
- Updating vehicle spreadsheet - Arrange MOT's & Services
- Requesting Insurance renewal documents from Subcontractors
- Maintaining basic office Outlook calendar
- Checking DVLA licenses
- Arrange PAT testing once a year
- Record Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) going out to sites & to individuals
- Reading meters to check bills & renewals
- PA duties - diary management, booking meetings, travel arranegements
Experience
- MUST have at least 3 year's administration experience
- Experience within construction/manufacturing beneficial
- MUST be immediately available
