Interim Statutory Accountant

SF Recruitment are currently working with a retail business based in Birmingham in the recruitment of an Interim Statutory Accountant.

My client is seeking an ACA / ACCA Qualified Accountant with strong hands on statutory accounting preparation experience. The role is working within the central finance function for a group and therefore experience of group accounting and working with multiple entities is essential. The purpose of this role is close down multiple entities that the business have in order to streamline workloads going forward.

A suitable candidate will be someone who is able to work autonomously and is able to use their own initiative.

The role is a long term temporary contract paying a day rate and will sit outside IR35 as it is part of a project my client is newly embarking on.

This is a hybrid opportunity working both in the office and at home.
