We are looking for an Immediately Available and experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to lead on a range of complex operational change initiatives. As a key member of the HR team, you'll play a central role in delivering people strategies that support organisational transformation, ensuring alignment with national healthcare goals and local service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support large-scale organisational change, including restructures, workforce redesign, and service transformation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and operational managers on all aspects of people change and engagement.
- Provide expert HR advice on employment law, policies and procedures, and terms and conditions.
- Work collaboratively across clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure workforce solutions are aligned to service needs.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
