HR Manager

SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing business based in Telford who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. You will report into the Head of HR and provide support with operational HR and strategic decisions.

The Ideal candidate will have worked within a fast paced manufacturing business as a generalist previously. You will have strong technical capability around employee relations, stakeholder engagement.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: 40 hours per week (site based) - flexibility with start and finish times.

Responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and guiding managers on all people related issues
- Leading on disciplinary and grievances cases
- Main point of contact for any employee queries
- Line management responsibility for a HR Assistant
- Management of the time and attendance system
- Managing long term and short term sickness
- Return to work and exit interviews
- Reviewing appraisals and probations
- Policy update and implementation
- Supporting with payroll reports
- Providing support to the Head of HR with any people related projects

Required
- CIPD qualified ideally
- Previous experience within a fast paced manufacturing business
