Position: Junior HR Advisor
Contract: Full Time, Permanent - Office Based
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

As the Junior HR Advisor, you'll be integral to our team, offering essential support in delivering HR and Employment Law advice to our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR and Employment Law advice to clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Support the HR team during busy periods.
- Stay updated on legislative changes.
- Maintain client records and draft HR documents.
- Take ownership of cases to resolution.
- Build rapport with clients on each interaction.
About You:
- Proactive and creative problem solver.
- Able to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD Qualified or possess practical HR or Employment Law experience.
- Maintain a professional and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work to KPI and SLA deadlines.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
